Tracy Morgan, Segnavia Creative's owner and primary consultant, is an innovative and strategic pro with more than 15 years experience working with small businesses, start ups and large corporations. She is known for a fresh, collaborative style intended to challenge the status quo.

Tracy's professional history is a varied and wild ride, but is generally concentrated in retail, manufacturing, technology and the nonprofit worlds. She serves on the Board of Directors for Mississippi Market Natural Foods Co-op and Minnesota Computers For Schools.

Tracy has an undying passion for food, travel and loves to have people over for cocktails on the deck. She is driven by the energy created when people come together, inspire each other and chart their own authentic course in life and business. She also gets overly enthusiastic about sustainable food, natural beauty & health care products and making smart little green lifestyle decisions...one step at a time.
